Afshin is a senior infrastructure executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning the Ontario Public Service and Infrastructure Ontario, including senior executive leadership roles in provincial capital planning and infrastructure delivery.

His career has focused on advancing major public infrastructure through capital strategy, scope and cost management, affordability, government approvals, procurement and implementation. He has provided executive oversight across a portfolio exceeding $30 billion, including major healthcare, transit, transportation and other public infrastructure initiatives.
